Coach Nick shows you how one of the greatest teams – in the truest sense of the word – overcame a star studded cast from Philadelphia to bring Portland its only professional sports championship. Bill Walton, Maurice Lucas, Bobby Gross, and Lionel Hollins were led by the legendary Jack Ramsay, and played a pure form of basketball. Gene Shue, on the other hand, ran a playground style attack with the likes of Dr. J, Doug Collins, George McGinnis, Lloyd Free, Kobe’s father Joe Bryant, and Caldwell Jones.
